Yes. Our most popular models, like the 12-passenger Sprinter limo and the 15-passenger high-roof van, often sell out months ahead of time for summer and fall weekends. Because we have a specialized fleet, once a specific size is booked, it’s gone. We always suggest reserving your ride as soon as your venue and hotel block are finalized.

Absolutely. This is our most common wedding service. We can run continuous loops between downtown hotels like the Hotel Donaldson and venues like the Avalon Events Center. Yes. Your rental is entirely based on your schedule. We can pick up the groomsmen at one house, the bridesmaids at a hotel, and then head to the ceremony. Later, we can shuttle guests to the reception and provide return rides to multiple hotel locations at the end of the night. You set the stops, and we follow them.

We do. We can meet your guests at Hector International Airport (FAR) right at the terminal. Our Sprinter vans have plenty of room for luggage in the back, making them a much better option than multiple taxis or small hotel shuttles. It’s a great way to ensure your VIP guests arrive at their lodging comfortably.

You are welcome to add your own personal touch to the van! Many couples use window clings or silk ribbons to match their wedding colors. We just ask that decorations are easily removable and don't cause any damage to the vehicle's paint or interior. It’s a fun way to make the van part of your wedding photos.

For downtown Fargo venues, we usually recommend a quick curb-side drop-off so guests can enter immediately. Your driver will then find a nearby oversized lot to wait in until you are ready to move again. For rural venues, we can typically park right on-site. We’ll coordinate with your venue manager to ensure we aren't blocking any entrances.

We understand that wedding timelines can shift. If your party is still going strong, you can usually extend your rental time.
